When You Order
When you place an order, it shall not be considered accepted until it is processed in full. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will not process payment. For each individual Product ordered, you agree to pay the listed price for the Product as of the time you submitted your order and applicable delivery fees. Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped according to the shipping method you choose when your order is placed. All delivery dates provided by Kids Super Journal/Pig and Whale LLC are estimates and include order processing and packing time, and may or may not be under our control, and may be in the control of an outside shipping vendor. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped unless otherwise indicated by Kids Super Journal/Pig and Whale LLC, or unless you have opted out of receiving emails from the us. Return Policy
The Kids Super Journal will accept returns as follows:
If the product is damaged
If the product is not as described
If the product is deemed tampered with before arrival of said Product to consumer
All returns must be made within 15 days after the Product shipment date. You will receive a refund of a returned Product(s) if it is unused and returned in accordance with the instructions you will receive after contacting us at hello@kidssuperjournal.com. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned Product. Your refund will be via the same form of payment used to purchase the Product.
