Our mission is to empower kids around the globe to self-manage their emotional and physical wellness by offering them equitable and inclusive access to the evidence-based tools of mindful journaling, breath work, and body movement.
We are dedicated to working with your school to create a program that meets your needs including bundling student journals with staff training, workshops for teachers, caregivers and administrators, professional development, and author visits that inspire creativity, individuality, and inclusivity.
We offer bulk discounts as follows:
5% off for orders between 15 – 100 books
7% off for orders between 100- 500 books
10% off for orders of 500 books or more

Pilot Program
Order Super Journals for an entire classroom, school, grade level, or multiple grade levels and receive a your Super Journal bulk-order discount with 1 hour of teacher/staff training included (savings of $500). Training to be completed via Zoom within 18 days of receiving the journals.
